- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering (or similar);

- 3 years of experience in application support. Experience as a valued SRE (Site Reliability Engineering);
- Experience in the following technologies: PowerShell or Shell Script and SQL. Valued experience in: Cloud (Azure or AWS), Linux, Kibana, Elasticsearch, ELK, Prometheus, Grafana;
- Knowledge of collaborative platforms: Jira, Confluence, GitLab, Azure DevOps, Office 365;
- Functional and technical understanding of different systems and their role in the ecosystem of solutions in an organization;
- Ability to detect possible problems and suggest improvements;
- Ability to adapt the speech to different stakeholders (business, development teams, system administrators, etc.);
- Valued experience in the retail area;
- Proactivity in analyzing logs and metrics and detecting any problems;
- Proactivity to align with development teams: improvements to log/metrics/alarm systems and/or improvements to platforms and systems in the application ecosystem and support tools;
- Knowledge of good practices in software development, continuous integration and testing;
- Object-oriented programming competency (C# or similar language);
- Knowledge of agile work practices, such as SCRUM and Kanban;
- Be an autonomous, demanding and results-oriented person;
- Ability to express, communicate and establish interpersonal relationships;
- Availability for On-Call prevention;
- Portuguese native and fluent in English (spoken and written).
Responsibilities
- Second line of application support: troubleshooting and resolution of incidents, identification of causes for incidents and mitigation strategies;
- Acting as a pivot, articulating with the various stakeholders (business, development teams, system administrators, etc.) the prioritization, incidents resolution and doubts clarification;
- Strong functional and technical understanding of the system(s) and the associated business in order to make support more proactive and less reactive;
- Monitoring of the system(s): configuration of alarmistic and definition of the response plan; configuration and monitoring of dashboards to assess the status of the system(s);
- Active collaboration in updating and improving the documentation of the solutions that make up the application ecosystem.
