Create IT launches SmartPortals platform

The new offering is on tour with Microsoft’s CityNext Roadshow and is the result of the innovation made in Portugal and the productization of the CIMAC* project, awarded by Microsoft at European level.

Create IT has just launched SmartPortals - a web platform that supports the creation of multiple independent or interconnected portals, allowing to optimize existing resources and to collaborate more quickly and efficiently. The new solution is on a roadshow until the end of the year (CityNext, by Microsoft).

Beginning on May 19 in Loulé (and already planned for Coimbra on June 4 and Évora on October 1) , CityNext Roadshow runs until the end of the year and aims to present the latest innovations targeted to the public sector and focused on cities development. Create IT will be represented by Nuno Guerra, co-founder and CEO.

The success achieved in the implementation of the multi-portal platform at Comunidade Intermunicipal do Alentejo Central (1 common platform for 14 city council portals) and the subsequent recognition in the European SharePoint Community Awards were the basis to the productization of the solution, which is now launched in the global market as SmartPortals and showcased during CityNext, following Microsoft's invitation.
