Create IT promotes workshops in Belgium for Microsoft Cloud Partners

At the invitation of Microsoft, our colleagues Marco Silva and Miguel Moreno travelled to Belgium to lead two workshops for CSP partners (Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider Program).

With the duration of one day each workshop, and a very practical approach, it was with great satisfaction that the Create IT team accepted Microsoft challenge and shared with the participants its experience and knowledge in the areas of integration, APIs and process automation for CSPs. The focus of the workshop was to simplify and streamline the work of the partners in order to promote the automation and integration with CSP APIs.

Regarding the agenda, the workshops began with an introduction to the general concepts and system authentication (Partner Center SDK & API), followed by a presentation focused on customer management and another on offers, orders, subscriptions and add-ons management. It also addressed the management of users and their licenses, and finally the analysis of Azure consumption of CSP customers. The afternoon was all set aside for practical experience, with the participants developing examples of integration.

Both workshops were very interactive and resulted in strong mutual learning and enrichment for all. We are far better prepared to increasingly meet customer needs and enable them to take full advantage of the cloud and CSP program capabilities for the optimization, competitiveness and growth of their business.
